Frequently asked questions
Yes, we have a £100 deposit to confirm the booking. This is then deducted from the total cost of your stay.
This deposit can be paid by cash, cheque, postal order or bank transfer. Sadly, we currently have no facilities for online card payments.
Upon us receiving your deposit, you will receive confirmation for the dates that you have now booked.
Please note that all bookings are provisional until Llyn Seaview Stays receive your booking form and deposit.
We also have a £100 refundable security deposit due on arrival for each caravan hired. Providing the caravans are left in a clean and tidy condition, with no breakages or damage, this will be returned to you, within 7 days after departure.

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible in writing, either by post or email.
Your stay is not cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation from Llyn Seaview Stays.
Deposits are:
Fully refundable for cancellations made 6 weeks before the first day of hire.
50% of deposit returned if cancellation 6 to 2 weeks before the first day of hire.
No deposit returned for cancellations 2 weeks or less before the first day of hire.
Please note that deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation within 14 days of the hire start date.
We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance, to include all guests on the booking, in case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances to cover cases, such as bereavement, medical emergencies, illness, adverse weather conditions and so on.
