Yes, we have a £100 deposit to confirm the booking. This is then deducted from the total cost of your stay. This deposit can be paid by cash, cheque, postal order or bank transfer. Sadly, we currently have no facilities for online card payments. Upon us receiving your deposit, you will receive confirmation for the dates that you have now booked. Please note that all bookings are provisional until Llyn Seaview Stays receive your booking form and deposit. We also have a £100 refundable security deposit due on arrival for each caravan hired. Providing the caravans are left in a clean and tidy condition, with no breakages or damage, this will be returned to you, within 7 days after departure.

If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible in writing, either by post or email. Your stay is not cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation from Llyn Seaview Stays. Deposits are: Fully refundable for cancellations made 6 weeks before the first day of hire. 50% of deposit returned if cancellation 6 to 2 weeks before the first day of hire. No deposit returned for cancellations 2 weeks or less before the first day of hire. Please note that deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation within 14 days of the hire start date. We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance, to include all guests on the booking, in case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances to cover cases, such as bereavement, medical emergencies, illness, adverse weather conditions and so on.

You are welcome to check in from 3pm onwards on your first day staying with us. When you arrive, we'd kindly ask you to check over your caravan on arrival to make sure that you have everything you need for your holiday. If you spot any damages or breakages when checking over your caravan, please let us know as soon as possible. This helps to make sure that you're not held responsible for them on departure.

We'd kindly ask you to leave the caravans by 11am on the day of departure. If you require a later checkout, please let us know, although we can't always guarantee all requests will be granted, depending on our turnaround time. Charges may apply for late check out, without prior arrangement and approval. We'd kindly ask on departure that the caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Yes, of course, day visitors are welcome at any time. Visitors can also stay overnight with the prior arrangement of Llyn Seaview Stays.

Yes of course, children and young people are very welcome. We just ask that anyone under 18 staying must always be supervised by a responsible adult when on site, including any children or young people of day visitors. Soft ball games are welcome in our fields. Please note there's no playground on site, but you're always welcome to bring games, toys and so on.

Unfortunately, we don’t allow pets on-site, due to the local farm animals and livestock in neighbouring fields.

Of course, as long as we have availability, both caravans can be hired for larger groups. In total, we can offer accommodation for up to 10 people across the 2 caravans. Please note that all the all single beds in both caravans are just under 3ft wide and 6ft long.

Yes, the caravans are self catered, with kitchen and BBQ facilities.

Of course! We'd kindly ask you to use our BBQ on site, so there's no need to bring your own. We provide you with a starter pack of barbecue fuel at the beginning of your stay to be used on the provided barbecue only. More barbecue fuel can be purchased on site. We kindly ask that only barbecue charcoal is used on the barbecue. The barbecue pit can also be used in conjunction with a disposable barbecue.

Yes, of course. We offer free wi-fi on-site.

Yes, of course! We have private parking spaces for each static caravan. There is enough space for two cars. Meredydd has its own separate entrance via a grass field, but use of this is weather dependent. However, if the grass entrance is insufficient, we have a driveway area at the main property for parking. We kindly ask you to drive carefully at 5mph while on site.

There are no laundry facilities on site. Our nearest launderette is 13 minutes away and is: Revolution Launderette, Siop & Garej Morfa, Lon Terfyn, Morfa Nefyn, Pwllheli LL53 6AP However, we know you'll probably visit one of our beautiful beaches, so we do offer rotary washing lines for your towels, wetsuits or beachwear to dry on.

Bedding and bathroom hand towels are provided. We only provide hand towels by washbasins, as well as toilet rolls. We'd kindly ask guests to bring your own towels for the showers and any additional beach towels. The caravans are deep cleaned between guests. However, no housekeeping is provided during your stay.

Yes, of course, you're welcome to play soft ball games on site in the area outside of your caravan. We kindly ask you not to play golf or cricket, or any other game with a hard ball, due to livestock in neighbouring fields and the risk of injury to animals, property or other guests.

Yes, although we can only provide accommodation for small boats on trailers or small jet-skis. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

Yes of course, you are welcome to bring bikes, water sports equipment or other recreational equipment to use in the local area. We've no additional storage facilities for these, so you'll need to be responsible for the safe storage, maintenance and security of your own equipment. However, it's a private and quiet site with only two caravans available for hire. Unfortunately, we've no external taps or washing facilities available to use on site.

Smoking and vaping is only permitted outside the caravans, and all cigarettes must be put out and safely disposed of. We are required by law to be ‘smoke free’ and guests are not allowed to smoke in indoor places. As accommodation providers we could be fined up to £2,500 if we fail to enforce these laws. Regrettably, anyone who has been found to be smoking indoors will be liable to a minimum cleaning charge of £100. Please note, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately and without any refund if any of your party or guests are found to be smoking indoors.

Yes, of course. The Lion's Hotel is a 6 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride away, and the food is delicious!
